After a long winter, we are starting to see signs of spring, which is traditionally a time of new beginnings.

If you’ve been considering making changes in your life, this may be a good time to consider therapy.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in old patterns and ways of handling things that don’t seem to be effective, speaking to a professional may be helpful for you.

Well-meaning, capable people sometimes feel trapped in old ways of being with others (or themselves).  They can’t seem to shift things because of old habits and patterns that get in the way of making positive changes.

It is possible to find new approaches to handling life, and  have a more rewarding and comfortable manner of being present to yourself and others.

If your life hasn’t been as satisfying as you’d like, if there is something holding you back from feeling good about yourself and others, therapy may be able to help you find new paths to a happier life.

You can make an appointment to discuss your concerns and see whether therapy can help you find your own new beginning in life.
