Sometimes people find themselves having to deal with a problem  they don’t feel up to handling alone. It may be an emotional situation, such as a relationship burdened by conflict or hurt, or a behavior one cannot stop engaging in despite negative consequences.  It may be depression, fear, anxiety, stress or physical pain.
One common thread to such suffering is the feeling of being alone with the problem, and sometimes the fear that things will never be different.
Psychotherapy can help with handling life situations that lead to despair.  If you have been struggling with a life concern that seems impossible to handle alone, it may be possible to find a renewed sense of emotional well-being as you learn new ways to handle the problem.
